Highly recommend Maxwell Home Improvements! They repaired the hole on my ceiling from a wasp nest and patched the drywall on my ceiling. Everything looks clean and great. They were professional, efficient, and did a really clean and quick job. I’m so grateful, thank you!!!
It was a pleasure working with Mohammed and his team, who are friendly and patient. The renovation was spectacular and completed on time as agreed. I recommend them 100% and will be using them for the next project.
Maxwell Property Maintenance LLC is an outstanding company\. We have engaged them for a variety of projects across our rental properties as well as personal home improvements, and they consistently deliver high\-quality results\. They are reliable, professional, and knowledgeable, and they regularly go above and beyond expectations\. It is rare to find a contractor you can truly depend on, and Maxwell is certainly one of them\. We highly recommend their services\.
I hired Maxwell property in April, to build a laundry utility room in the basement, sheet rock and insulate a storage area, insulate the Attic, install a ceiling fan and other miscellaneous tasks. They did a great job, they showed up everyday on time, kept a clean work area and the quality of work was excellent. They acted professionally, and were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again if the need arises.
Max with Maxwell Property Maintenance was fantastic to work with. He repaired a damaged wall in my home and painted it flawlessly—you'd never know there had been any damage. His workmanship was top-notch, and he was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. As a Realtor, I also had Max provide a quote for one of my clients. He was incredibly responsive, got the estimate back quickly, and made the process easy. Having dependable contractors I can confidently recommend to my clients is invaluable, and Max has absolutely earned my trust. I highly recommend Maxwell Property Maintenance for anyone looking for quality work, prompt communication, and excellent customer service.
Excellent job in every regard. I’ve never had such a satisfying contractor experience. On time, on budget, totally professional in all aspects of the jobs. Both total renovations of the baths were expertly done and finished on time. Earns my Highest recommendation.
We use Maxwell Property Maintenance for our winter plowing needs. We have found them to be reliable, prompt, and they did an excellent job clearing our driveway and walkways after every storm.Even during heavy snow and blizzard like conditions, they ensured that everything was safe and accessible. Their communication was professional, pricing reasonable, and the quality of work was consistently excellent. It provides a great measure of relief knowing we can count on them throughout the challenging winter season. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your professionalism and everything came out as we agreed. Floors look great.
We are so happy with the work Maxwell Home Improvements LLC did on our kids’ bathroom! Our old tub had developed a crack, and after patching it while we figured out our options, we finally decided it was time for a complete replacement. Maxwell Home Improvements removed the old tub/shower combination and installed a new tub, shower surround, and clear glass shower door with a black frame. We couldn’t be happier with the result! They showed up on time, were professional throughout the entire project, and truly went above and beyond. Since the bathroom is on the second floor, they had to bring everything up and remove the old materials and debris back out, and they took great care of our home throughout the process. The project also involved drywall, tile, trim work, and finishing work, and they handled everything. We really appreciated not having to coordinate several different contractors. And perhaps one of our favorite parts of the new shower is finally getting rid of the shower curtain! It’s our kids’ bathroom, and our cats sneak in and have a terrible habit of chewing shower curtains. So the glass door is not only beautiful, but a very practical upgrade for our family. They also cleaned everything up and removed all of the construction debris when they were finished, which was greatly appreciated. We still plan to repaint the bathroom and update some of the hardware ourselves to finish off the space, but the transformation from the old cracked tub to the new shower is already incredible. We are extremely happy we chose Maxwell Home Improvements LLC and would absolutely recommend them. They did beautiful work, were dependable and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Thank you for giving us a bathroom we can finally enjoy without worrying about that cracked tub!
Hired to redo my bathroom, exceptional job on-time and on budget would definitely recommend thier services. Thank you Max
Extremely easy to work with. Muhammed was even able to arrange a pickup of the Patio pavers at Home Depot. Rescheduled the installation to an earlier date. Fully explained the steps of the project. Proactively kept me informed of any concerns regarding the pavers. Fully satisfied with installation and would easily recommend to anyone for any upcoming projects they may have. Definitely plan to use Maxwell Property Maintenance again! 😎
We cant make enough positive statements about this Company.

I am very happy i decided to have Muhammed from Maxwell’s Property Maintenance come to help me redesign my childcare play area. He was so polite and respectful and did a great job completing his commitment. Thank you!
They did a wonderful job remodeling our largest bathroom. A fast and professional response to my original inquiry. The bathroom is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done within or even outside the house. I am having them back to do some work on our property.
We highly recommend Maxwell Home Improvements LLC! They recently demoed our old tub/shower combination and installed a beautiful new tub, shower surround, and glass door, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual and went above and beyond. Since our bathroom is on the second floor, we especially appreciated how careful they were about protecting the rest of our home while bringing materials in and removing the old tub and debris. The project also required drywall, tile, and trim work, and they handled everything beautifully rather than leaving us to coordinate multiple contractors. They paid attention to the details, kept the work area as clean as possible throughout the project and removed all of the trash and debris when they were finished. The finished bathroom looks fantastic, and the entire experience was much easier than we expected. It’s obvious that they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Thank you, Maxwell Home Improvements LLC, for the beautiful work! We would absolutely recommend you to anyone looking for quality, dependable home improvement work.
Great job building my shed! The work was done professionally, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Everything looks solid and well-built. I would definitely recommend their work!
There aren't enough words to describe how competent the Maxwell team was in completely transforming two adjacent narrow rooms into a combo bright laundry and bathroom. At every step of the way, Muhammed checked to make sure access to the shower, toilet, and sink were easy for my disabled partner. He took into account not only the transport chair but also larger mobile equipment. It wasn't just the excellent work by a dedicated, talented team, but also their politeness and incredible work ethic which seems hard to find today. They cleaned the area every day before they left, helped me with other neglected repairs, and always had positive attitudes. Two weeks and those two claustrophobic rooms are now a marvel to behold. This is an 1861 house with very little forgiveness in modifying space and nary a plumb line or level floor. Maxwell Property Maintenance was up to the challenge. Watching each expert work was both instructive and a joy. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone, especially those with specific needs in unique spaces. A million stars still would not be enough. I will try to edit this comment later with pictures because the before and after tells the whole story. Thank you to the entire team and particularly, Muhammed, who is not only an excellent contractor, but also a fantastic collaborator with his team and client.
These guys did a great job in renovating my family bathroom. Even figuring out a solution to an unusual interface between tub and shower glass frame.
Max is a real professional, time efficient, and a great guy. Easy on the eyes too! Thanks for installing my new air conditioner!
Great people, came in on budget, finished job on the agreed deadline will hire again for my next job!
Showed up on time. They did a great job assembling my shed and building a foundation for it. Explained everything that was done and broke down the cost and labor. Will definitely call the team again!
I’m extremely satisfied with the service. He was efficient, and clearly experienced when it came to assembling the swing set. He worked quickly but carefully, ensuring everything was sturdy and safe. I truly appreciate the professionalism and would definitely recommend his services to others
